What this site is

Novel & Narrator is an independent publication that recommends audiobooks. It is not a shop: nothing is sold here, and no transaction takes place on this domain. When you follow a buy link you leave this site and purchase from Amazon under Amazon's own terms.

Prices, availability and product information

• Prices are a snapshot. Every price on this site is pulled from Amazon's catalog and carries the date it was last checked. Prices change without notice, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies.
• Availability changes. A title that was in the catalog when we checked may not be when you look.
• Product details come from the retailer. Narrator credits, editions and publication dates come from the Amazon catalog record. If a retailer's own data is wrong, our page will repeat that error, and we will correct it when we learn of it.
• Runtimes are cited where stated. Where we show a listening length, the page it came from is linked beneath the figure. Where we have no verified figure, the page says so rather than estimating.

Recommendations are opinion

Our rankings, verdicts and “who should skip it” notes are editorial judgment, not statements of fact, and we mark them as such throughout. We have not tested these books in any laboratory sense, we do not operate a ratings panel, and we say both of those things plainly on how we choose.

Reasonable people will disagree with our picks. That is what an opinion is. If you think we have mischaracterized a book, we would genuinely like to hear it 2014 see the editorial policy.
