What we are glad to hear about

• Corrections. A wrong narrator credit, a price that has not updated, a book we have mischaracterized. These get fixed, and where the correction changes a recommendation we note it on the page rather than editing quietly. See the editorial policy.
• Recommendations. A book you think belongs on one of our lists, and specifically why the audio edition is worth it.
• Questions about subscriptions. If our guides have not answered something, tell us and we will either answer it or write the page.
• Accessibility problems. If something on this site does not work with a screen reader or a keyboard, that is a bug and we want to know.

What we cannot help with

• Audible, Amazon or Kindle Unlimited account problems. We are not any of those companies and have no access to your account. Audible's own help center is the place for billing, credits and cancellations, and how to cancel Audible covers the process.
• Review requests from publishers and authors. We do not accept books, access or payment in exchange for coverage, so there is nothing to pitch. See how this site is funded.
• Link exchanges, guest posts and sponsored placement. We do not do any of these.

Who we are

Novel & Narrator is published by Iron Mako Media. There is no office and no phone line: this is a publication rather than a shop, and we would rather say so than list premises we do not have. More on the about page.
